We will present to our clients only highly qualified candidates whom we are confident
will closely fit their business requirements, saving them and us much time and effort
in the search process.
To search successfully, we need to clearly understand your operations, the specific
requirements of the position to be filled, the corporate environment / culture, expectation,
the pull factors, etc.
Hence we would request meetings with both the Business Manager and the Human Resource
Manager. In addition, we would also require a Job Description ( JD ) for the specific
1. Our clients will appoint us either on
a. A Retainer basis ( particularly for senior positions )
b. An Exclusive basis ( for a limited time period ) or a
c. Non-Retainer / Success basis
for a middle to senior level position they engage us to search for
2. We will normally present highly qualified candidates on a discreet basis ie a
blind profile at the initial stage to our clients. When our client decides to meet
the candidate, we will subsequently provide full disclosure prior to the interview.
Shortlisted candidates we have identified are interviewed by us in person to gain
a better understanding of their character, accomplishments, strengths and weaknesses,
expectation, etc..We will also do our discreet due diligence on the candidate when
we deem necessary.
Upon request from our clients, Strategic Associates can also conduct reference checks
on short-listed candidates with referees and former employers who can objectively
verify their character and work performance.
Follow –up procedures
In the first few months after the successful placement of a candidate, Strategic
Associates will carry out follow-ups with both the candidates and their immediate
supervisor to ensure a smooth and successful transition into our client’s organization.
